Owner, Dave Bruns: As General Manager and owner of Bruns Realty, LLC, Dave is busy setting the vision for the company and helping lead our team of dedicated professionals. Dave is a hands-on owner and you’ll most likely catch him out inspecting properties, helping a team member, or plowing snow in the winter. Dave has built the company from the ground-up over a period of 25 years and he has extensive experience and knowledge in all aspects of property maintenance and management. Prior to running Bruns Realty full time, Dave pursued a career as an electrical engineer at General Electric. Dave lives in Troy with his wife Sandra and their Boston terrier and six cats.
Regional Property Manager, Megan Tetlack: Megan has been with Bruns Realty Group since August of 2019. Megan works very hard to create a wonderful experience for not only our residents, but for our team as well. Megan has been in the property management industry for over 15 years and and is skilled in all facets of multi-family home management. She has been an outstanding addition to the Bruns Realty Team and we are lucky to have her on board. It is a big task, but she is up for the challenge! Maintenance Supervisor, Todd Rasner: Todd brings with him an extensive background in the property management industry and is very knowledgeable with HVAC, landscaping, snow plowing,and heavy equipment operation. Apartment Turnover Chief, Roseella Barber: Roseella (aka Shea) is a lady of all trades. Shea has been with Bruns Realty Group for a few years now. Maintenance Technician, Matt Hanson: Matt recently joined our team and came to us with an extensive background in Maintenance. Matt is a go-getter who strives for solutions. Maintenance Technician, Anthony Lloyd: Anthony is HVAC Certified and has a strong background in maintenance and landscaping. Anthony is dedicated to making sure our properties are running smoothly. During Anthony's time away from work, he enjoys cars, trucks, and is in training for becoming a Full Time Volunteer Firefighter.
