Owner, Dave Bruns

As General Manager and owner of Bruns Realty, LLC, Dave is busy setting the vision for the company and helping lead our team of dedicated professionals. Dave is a hands-on owner and you’ll most likely catch him out inspecting properties, helping a team member, or plowing snow in the winter. Dave has built the company from the ground-up over a period of 25 years and he has extensive experience and knowledge in all aspects of property maintenance and management. Prior to running Bruns Realty full time, Dave pursued a career as an electrical engineer at General Electric. Dave lives in Troy with his wife Sandra and their Boston terrier and six cats.
